Previous Level 4 related qualification, Previous experience in construction industry

Approve Sub contractor applications
Manage contracts in line with JTC
Manage contracts in line with NEC 3/4
Track subcontractor negotiations
Track subcontractor payments
Track subcontractor performance
Deliver accurate completed works measures
Deliver timely completed works measures
Deliver accurate Billing Processes
Deliver timely Billing Processes
Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation
Generate Earned Value Analysis reports
Maintain robust commercial documentation
