**_Commercial Analytics (70%)_** **Market Intelligence & Performance Management** * Lead BI Analysts in generating, interpreting, and embedding actionable insights derived from integrated datasets. * Champion the use of data across the organization to drive commercial decision‑making and foster a strong data‑driven culture. * Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial and collaborate closely with IT/Digital leads to explore and implement business intelligence and automation solutions. * Synthesize complex internal and external data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM, SFE data) to deliver meaningful insights that support commercial strategy and performance improvement. * Oversee the development of reports and dashboards, enhancing existing metrics and ensuring the adoption of best‑in‑class analytics practices. * Lead the creation, maintenance, and automation of dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance. * Initiate and manage business analytics and intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and successful cross‑functional execution. **Market Research (Primary & Secondary)** * Assess, scope, and recommend primary and secondary market research initiatives aligned with business priorities and strategic imperatives. * Provide guidance on appropriate research methodologies to ensure high‑quality insights that address key business questions. **_Business Development (30%)_** **Business Development and Partnering** * Opportunity Sourcing & Funnel Management: Generate and qualify BD opportunities (in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, distribution).
