Als Manager Commercial Analytics (m/w/d) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, die Go-to-Market-Organisation durch datenbasierte Insights, Analysen und skalierbare Lösungen zu stärken. Du verantwortest die Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Analytics- und Reporting-Strukturen, unterstützt kommerzielle Entscheidungen und treibst gemeinsam mit Sales, Service und dem Commercial Leadership die Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen voran. * Eigenständige Analyse von Sales- und Service-Performance-Daten zur Identifikation von Wachstums- und Effizienzpotenzialen * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards, Reports und KPIs zur Unterstützung der Go-to-Market-Strategie * Ableitung relevanter Insights und Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Sales-, Service- und Commercial-Teams * Proaktive Unterstützung von Go-to-Market-Initiativen durch fundierte Datenanalysen, Business Cases und Modellierungen * Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Datenverständnisses und Förderung datengetriebener Entscheidungen über alle relevanten Stakeholder hinweg ## Qualifications * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Business, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics oder einem verwandten Feld * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Bereich * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Sales- und Serviceprozessen sowie relevanten KPIs * Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse- und Visualisierungs
