Formal credit training, 2 years working in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis, 2 years Commercial Middle Market Underwriting and Financial Analysis
What You'll Do.
Support sales and credit functions
Create pitch materials for prospects
Manage lending process for relationships < $10M
Manage credit approval process
Prepare preflight memo
Complete data entry in nCino
Review final credit approval memos
Review loan documentation
Ensure waiver/amendment/extension requests are approved
Work with Credit Surveillance team
Perform portfolio data integrity reviews
Identify deteriorating credits
Communicate concerns to risk partners
Work with bank examiners
Validate credit quality
Ongoing portfolio management
Collect borrower financial statements
Assist in training new Analysts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively to support sales and credit functions; Work closely with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters; Member of the deal team; Participate in due diligence meetings; Prepare preflight memo for discussion with deal team; Engage with loan closers or outside counsel; Communicate concerns to risk partners
