Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field, 2 years of commercial banking experience, 2 years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis, Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals, Ability to manage stress and competing priorities

2 years working in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis, 2 years Commercial Middle Market Underwriting and Financial Analysis, Formal credit training

What You'll Do.

Support sales and credit functions

Create pitch materials for prospects

Manage lending process for relationships < $10M

Manage credit approval process

Review credit approval memos

Review loan documentation

Ensure interim/annual reviews completed

Perform portfolio data integrity reviews

Identify deteriorating credits

Communicate concerns to risk partners

Validate credit quality

Manage client relationships

Collect borrower financial statements

Assist in training analysts

Team & Collaboration

Work with relationship managers; Work with loan closers; Work with underwriters; Work with Credit Surveillance team; Communicate with risk partners; Work with bank examiners; Work with internal credit reviewers
