What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–4 years' experience in sales, account management, onboarding, or merchant services within fintech, payments, or SaaS, Proven ability to manage pipelines and drive customer engagement to achieve activation or revenue targets, understanding of payment platforms, integrations, or digital commerce ecosystems, Experience working with SMEs or small to mid-sized merchants, data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret KPIs, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Influence internal stakeholders for seamless experience

Drive activation rates of merchants

Increase Time-to-First-Transaction efficiency

Identify barriers and opportunities for activation

Proactively engage and nurture merchants

Provide guidance on integration and setup

Maintain consistent follow-ups

Track and report on merchant activation metrics

Collaborate with Sales Development and Integration teams

Segment merchants based on potential

Ensure merchants reach minimum TPV thresholds

Maintain accurate merchant activity tracking

Ensure adherence to activation processes

Recommend process improvements

Leverage CRM automation tools

Identify opportunities for automated journeys

Utilize data insights to prioritize outreach
