Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business, Finance, or Engineering, Minimum of 2 years Gentex cost/product experience, Demonstrated ability to negotiate directly with the customer, Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship, Good presentation skills, Willingness to travel

What You'll Do.
Support Sales Directors in negotiations
Attend customer visits
Coordinate with Cost Analysts
Develop cost breakdowns
Coordinate customer tours
Develop price targets
Develop strategies for Gentex products
Develop alternative price scenarios
Prepare customer book of business projections
Ensure consistency of pricing agreements
Develop and implement strategies for Annual Price Reduction
Ensure accuracy of financial aspects
Supervise and manage staff
Other duties as assigned
