This role blends customer retention with strategic growth, requiring a consultative seller who can drive renewals and upsells while identifying new opportunities within existing customers and partners. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with the resilience to navigate complex sales cycles.
