What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of full-cycle sales experience or equivalent B2B sales experience, Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships within the Australian market, Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement, Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions, Proactive, independent thinking and a high-energy, positive attitude, Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

Experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, Familiarity with the modern data and AI stack (cloud data platforms, AI/ML, analytics), Existing relationships within Melbourne's enterprise technology community, Understanding of Australian data governance and compliance landscape
