As a Commercial Outbound ADR, you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS - Month 1: Meet your team, complete bootcamp, and fall in love with what Kong actually does. - Month 2: Pick up the phone with confidence, master our tech stach (Nooks, Claude, Gemini, Sumble, Lusha etc) and work your first live opportunity, and hit your ramp quota. - Month 3: Own your funnel, share what’s working, and what needs optimisation. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting - Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video - Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep - Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here - Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging - Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next WHAT YOU’LL BRING
