What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences or related field and 6 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in commercial operations, pricing, market access, contracts, tender management or related functions OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences or related field and 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in commercial operations, pricing, market access, contracts, tender management or related functions, 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources, Proven experience managing government tenders and institutional business within the Mexican healthcare system, understanding of Mexico’s public and private healthcare environment, including procurement processes and pricing dynamics, Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

Experience in specialty care, biotech or innovative pharmaceutical products, analytical and financial acumen, Experience leading transformation or process optimization initiatives, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills, Experience collaborating cross-functionally within matrix organizations
