Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years and Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR), Experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM)
Nice to Have
Managing people preferred, 2+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program in various positions, Proven problem work excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders and customers, 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal, Ability to brief Segment, Program and Customer leadership, Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.), Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools and metrics, Experience with ICBM programs, Familiarization with program proposals, Experience with complex system development on large programs, Active TS clearance
