Night shift position, 12HR SHIFTS, 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off, Long night shifts, Weekend shifts, Holiday shifts, Minimal travel, Hot and cold environments, Lift up to 50 pounds

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate degree in related fields OR 3 years Data Center support experience, Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Understanding of the Windows operating system, IT troubleshooting skills – network, platform, storage, Willing to learn new technologies and applications, Verbal and written communication skills, Experience with IP Cameras, Experience with Access Control

Nice to Have

Understanding of data center infrastructure, Experience with Confluence, Jira, Experience with Slack, Zabbix, Sigma, Zoom, Basic knowledge of data center principles, General electrical engineering knowledge, Understanding of ITIL service delivery concepts

What You'll Do.

Monitor all dashboards

Document impactful events

Communicate impactful events to client and leadership

Communicate day-to-day security issues

Respond to security issues

Address security issues

Create detailed documentation of all incidents

Monitor and evaluate price points for hash price

Notify all teams involved in recovery

Draft concise and accurate situational reports

Prepare briefing materials

Present briefing materials

Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Resolve concerns raised by co-workers and leadership

Coordinate with managers on physical access control systems

Coordinate with managers on identity management

Coordinate with managers on facilities access

Coordinate with managers on access needs for special

Monitor data center space
