1 year of retail sales experience required, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates, computer skills and internet project coordination experience, Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Meet and greet storage buy customers
Manage storage buy pick-up process
Demonstrate knowledge of phone answering SOP
Verify identity of person picking up order
Obtain required customer information
Deliver customer storage buy orders
Comply with safety SOP for lifting
Assist customers with product questions
Clean and stock products
Act in a manner consistent with core roles
