This role drives creator engagement, builds industry relationships, and develops professional experiences that support business growth and community connection. You will manage multiple initiatives, aligning programming, talent, and event operations to create engaging, high-quality experiences. **Responsibilities** * Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of comics-focused programming and professional industry experiences across ReedPop’s US events * Develop and oversee B2B and professional programming initiatives including industry summits, networking events, retailer programming, creator workshops, and professional development experiences * Build and manage comics-related programming schedules, including panels, signings, workshops, portfolio reviews, featured content, and talent experiences * Lead the outreach, negotiation, booking, contracting, and relationship management of comic creators, featured guests, and industry talent * Serve as a primary relationship owner for professional programming partners and comics industry collaborators * Oversee operational planning for programming and talent initiat
