What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience, A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work
Nice to Have
Consultative sales experience is a plus, interest in HVAC systems and sales
What You'll Do.
Conduct In-Home Consultations
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs
and discuss potential solutions
Present HVAC Solutions
Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services
helping customers make informed decisions
Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales
meeting or exceeding sales targets
Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction
and provide ongoing support
Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
