ensure colours, materials, and related approvals align with brand expectations, technical requirements, and seasonal timelines; keeping the product development process organized, accurate, and moving forward; ensure seasonal development timelines remain on track; support colour consistency across all product categories; ensure all relevant information, testing requirements, and approvals are accurately tracked; Maintain accurate and timely updates of colour palettes, material statuses, approvals, and comments within the PLM system; Ensure Lab Dip requests, Strike-offs, material submissions, and standard orders are processed within established seasonal timelines; Maintain organized and accessible physical colour and material libraries; Support timely communication and issue resolution with global vendor partners; Contribute to the successful execution of seasonal Go-To-Market calendar milestones

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
highly trained colour eye, pass the Munsell 100 Colour Test, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, prior hands-on experience or exposure working with PLM systems, Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, systematically manage physical samples alongside digital tracking logs, Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing administrative tasks, achieve tight production deadlines, interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working with colour development, textile production, or fabric sourcing for an apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brand
What You'll Do.
Drive seasonal colour development process
Execute and track Lab Dip and print Strike-off submissions
Process and order physical colour standards
Maintain daily communication with global manufacturing partners
Participate in visual review of lab dips
Support seasonal raw material development workflows
Assist in maintaining raw material libraries
Coordinate material submissions
Monitor material development timelines
Support communication with global suppliers
Assist with material data integrity
Support review and organization of approved colour and material standards
Gather and maintain supplier performance data
