What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 or more years of intense color experience, Cosmetology license is required, Valid driver’s license is required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree is preferred, CRM system experience is preferred
What You'll Do.
Pursue Key Accounts for new salon business acquisition
Pursue existing salon expansion through creative color solutions
Perform basic training
Deliver High Level Demos at Key Accounts
Deliver Demos at Prospect Events
Conduct Conversion & Formulation Days
Deliver Category Demos at Existing Accounts
Conduct Category Specific Conversion & Formulation Days
Provide Key Account Support
Provide in-person Education
Address Technical Needs
Support existing salons in all facets of Keune
Expand purchasing of Keune products
Detail with Distributor Sales Consultants
Support delivery of the Keune message
Maintain awareness of all Keune programs
Share program information with Distributor Sales Consultants
Share program information with store personnel
Cultivate positive professional relationships
Work closely with Distributor’s Keune Brand Specialist
Work closely with Education Manager
Work closely with Business Development Manager
Work closely with contract Keune Educators
Support Distributor shows
Support Distributor events
Utilize company provided CRM system
Keep current daily CRM system
