Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs., Must be eligible to work in the U. S. with no restrictions.

Must Have

3+ years of Collision Management Experience, Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy, Must be 21 years of age or older

What You'll Do.

Overall operation of their center

and retain talented teammates

Monitor current financial performance metrics

Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends

Ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly

and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
