What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid Driver’s License, Working knowledge of the body repair methods, Interpersonal and persuasive selling skills, Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Ability and knowledge of Collision Center Management System and additional software programs to support operations, Ability to understand and follow instructions, Ability to communicate effectively with customers, company personnel and insurance adjusters, Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees, Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, Ability to deal with standardized situations, Ability to understand and follow technical manuals

Offer additional services and repairs
Compute cost of replacement parts and labor
Enter itemized estimate on repair order
Explain estimate to customer
Meet Collision Center standards
Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
Maintain an organized
clean and safe work area
Participate in required training
Record all hours worked accurately
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations

Hendrick is known for our great culture! . **Supervisory Responsibilities:** This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **include the following:** * Schedules appointments with customer. * Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work. * Offers additional services and repairs to customers. * Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer. * Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer. * Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production. * Maintains CSI at or above Company standards * Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area * Participates in required training * Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system * Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. * Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values * Complies with Company policies and procedures * Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
