Must Have
1 year of Security Experience, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO COMMUTE TO WORK ON TIME, able to work in all weather conditions, maintain a professional character and demeanor, able to walk and stand for long periods of time, able to commit to the schedule you choose, At least 18 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver's License, able to stand for up to 8-hour periods, able to do extensive walking and stair climbing, able to lift up to 10lbs
Nice to Have
Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!, customer service skills, Familiarity with report writing, Monitoring and surveillance experience

Deter criminal activity
Enforce rules on a property
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Perform security checks
Provide protection for equipment and workers
Check credentials of vehicles and individuals
Detect suspicious behavior
Prevent other criminal behavior
Greet residents and guests
Control access to the property
Acknowledge and greet all guests
Monitor CCTV camera systems
