This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage 8–10 priority universities by owning relationships, developing tailored strategies, and coordinating all related recruiting activities. Partner with Recruiting Champions to align recruitment plans with hiring needs and program goals. Represent the company at campus events and coordinate on‑campus activities to maximize candidate engagement. Track all candidate progression in the ATS and maintain consistent, high-quality communication throughout the recruitment cycle. Support intern and new‑hire onboarding, including paperwork review, interview scheduling, and first‑day preparation. Qualifications Required: Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. 2–4 years of high‑volume college recruiting experience. Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Experience coordinating campus events and relationship-building with universities.
