We are looking for a College Counselor for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026. Job responsibilities * Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students identify college and career goals; * Assist with college selection, application processes, and interview preparation; * Provide guidance on essay writing and application materials; * Organize workshops and informational sessions regarding college admissions; * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support students' academic and emotional needs **Requirements** * Bachelor degree or above in the related subject * Teaching certificate * Two or more years teaching experience in the subject * Excellent communications skills * Good understanding of teaching in AP context **Benefits** * Monthly salary from 30,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Fully paid summer and winter holiday * Public holiday * Medical insurance * Flight allowance is 10,000 RMB
