What You'll Do.
Provides first-level troubleshooting support for PC hardware failures for College administrators
Provides first-level support for network simulation technology.
Provides first-level support for wireless networking.
Maintains and supports information technology users and hardware in the College of Health Sciences.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of computer-assisted simulation technology.
Maintains working knowledge of standard software for the PC's in the College
especially Microsoft Windows and Office and working knowledge of computerized patient models in the simulation lab.
Instructs PC users in equipment and program functions.
Communicates with vendor(s) through Information Services
Develops long range plan for computer services including hardware/software for the College.
Collaborates on implementation of the approved plan for computer services for the College including faculty
