Resolve disputes with clients
Evaluate collectability on delinquent accounts
Coordinate and monitor legal recovery activities
Prepare and maintain records and reports
Prepare and submit documentation on payoff statements
Perform skip-tracing and social security searches
Review and prepare accounts for tax intercept
Conduct financial interviews
Review financial statements
Negotiate temporary installment plans
Reconcile obligation balances
Perform outbound and inbound collection calls
Complete court documents
Collect monies due from justice involved individuals
