Must Have
2–3 years supervisory experience, Familiarity with AI tools, In-depth knowledge of FDCPA, In-depth knowledge of FCRA, In-depth knowledge of CFPB regulations, In-depth knowledge of consumer lending compliance, Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop team, Analytical skills, Proficiency with loan servicing platforms, Proficiency with CRM systems, Proficiency with workforce management tools, Associate's or bachelor’s degree
