10+ years of experience in collections strategy, NPL management experience, banking experience, credit servicing experience, understanding of collections operations, debt recovery strategies, servicing strategies across multiple asset classes, analytical capabilities, strategic thinking capabilities, experience working within regulated environments, understanding of the Greek legal recovery framework, stakeholder management skills, communication skills, influencing skills, Fluency in Greek, Fluency in English
