2-3 years of relevant work experience, College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar, Previous cash application and credit card experience, at least 2-3 years, Previous accounts receivable and collection experience, at least 2-3 years

Research and reconcile misapplied cash

Complete month-end tasks

Document collections efforts

Perform daily cash application

Review customer financial position

Provide backup coverage

Review and update policies

Resolve customer issues

Assist with special projects
