This role is initially being offered as a 12 months FTC. The Collections Manager will report to the Head of Collections and play a pivotal role within our Credit & Collections function. This position is responsible for overseeing collections activities, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts and maintaining a positive cash flow. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with extensive experience in collections management and a passion for developing and refining collections strategies. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be: * Develop and implement the collections strategy in line with the company's financial objectives and risk appetite. * Oversee the end-to-end collections process, including managing the collections team to ensure efficient and timely resolution of outstanding accounts. * Monitor collections performance and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on optimizing cash flow. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards within the collections function. * Stay informed of industr
