We are looking for our very first Collections Lifecycle Manager: someone capable of designing an entirely new approach to overdue loan recovery. This role is not about building a call center. It is about building intelligent recovery journeys, empathetic communications, predictive systems, incentives, and experiences that help customers recover while preserving trust. We are looking for someone who deeply understands collections but who is also excited to challenge almost everything about how collections are traditionally done. The expected outcome: You will own the full overdue customer lifecycle at Baubap. This includes designing: Recovery journeys across channels and delinquency stages Messaging strategies, tone of voice, and customer communication frameworks Behavioral incentives that increase repayment without coercion Predictive models and segmentation strategies Product experiences that help customers recover financially AI-powered workflows and automation systems Testing frameworks to continuously improve recovery performance and customer experience You will work cross-functionally with Product, Data Modeling, Engineering, Risk, Brand, and Customer Experience to create a collections function unlike anything that exists today in consumer lending.
