Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, Experience in collections or accounts receivable, Familiarity with ERP systems Navision, Oracle, understanding of the Order to Cash cycle, industry-specific billing practices
Nice to Have
Experience in the Oil & Gas or energy sector
What You'll Do.
Manage customer accounts for overdue payments
Contact clients on outstanding invoices
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Negotiate payment plans and settlements
Perform cash reconciliations
Maintain records of collection activities
Prepare reports on aging analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls
