Must Have
3-5 years Accounts Receivable experience, 3-5 years Collections experience, 3-5 years finance operations experience, Expertise in AR processes, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Experience as point of contact, Experience as escalation point, Ability to work night shift, Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have
Experience in shared services, Familiarity with ERP systems, Experience in B2B collections, Experience in commercial accounts receivable, Ability to mentor junior analysts, Ability to coach junior analysts, Ability to guide junior analysts, Background in process improvement, Background in automation, Background in simplification initiatives, Experience collaborating with stakeholders

Manage customer accounts portfolio
Handle escalated accounts
Analyze problematic accounts
Resolve escalated cases
Coordinate cross-functionally
Solve advanced problems
Act as team point of contact

Follow up with customers
Drive collection of receivables
Apply credit and collections
Write off non-collectables
Resolve miscellaneous differences
Investigate billing disputes
Resolve billing disputes
