degree in accounting, or a related field is a plus, Past experience working within a Collections Tool/System is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage portfolio of Customer accounts
Ensure timely payment of invoices
Initiate contact with customer accounts payable
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Proactively contact clients for outstanding balances
Escalate unresolved payment issues
Monitor customer credit risk
Assist with accounts receivable duties
