What You'll Do.
and analyze Accounts Receivables
Manage outstanding account balance communication
Partner with outside collection agencies
Communicate with insureds
and internal departments
Manage and update clear
accurate customer records
Ensure accurate cash application
Investigate discrepancies
Issue and reconcile premium payments
Utilize Excel and financial systems to analyze data
Support month-end close activities
Support departmental projects
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Ensure company policies
and regulatory guidelines are followed
Collaborate with Underwriting and Operations
Serve as backup support to team members
