3–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash roles, hands-on experience with cash application, collections, and reconciliations, Experience managing credit card disputes or chargebacks, Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Familiarity with payment platforms like Stripe, Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis), Comfortable working in a shift aligned with US time zones, High attention to detail, Problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently
