Formulate and design new incentive schemes (including incentive scheme backtesting)
Translate Collection business requirements into technical and data specifications
Prepare periodic operational performance and quality assurance evaluation reports

* Develop and maintain operational monitoring tools (dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking systems) to support managers in overseeing processes and making data-driven decisions. * Manage the timely and accurate distribution of reports to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring each business unit receives information aligned with its functions and responsibilities. * Develop and implement non-financial motivation programs (such as recognition programs, team competitions, and appreciation events) to improve Collection team morale and engagement. * Formulate and design new incentive schemes (including incentive scheme backtesting) to ensure effectiveness in driving target achievement while maintaining financial sustainability. * Translate Collection business requirements into technical and data specifications that can be processed by the Collection Analytics team. * Serve as the main point of contact for the Collection Division in coordinating and communicating with relevant internal business units. * Prepare periodic operational performance and quality assurance evaluation reports for operational management teams, including improvement recommendations and efficiency enhancement opportunities. ## Qualifications * Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable University * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role * Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proficient in using Big Query and/or SQL
