Must Have
Min 1 year in credit/collections, process migration and centralization, customer service experience related to large corporate customers, high-volume and multi-platform environments, Fluent Italian, very good knowledge of English
Nice to Have
experience with integrated CBC Software Solutions
What You'll Do.
Proactively chase for payments through phone calls
Document and change the status of accounts
transfer funds on accounts
Chase for remit for payments received
provide copy documents
Initiate write-off requests following approval policy
resolve and escalate queries as necessary
Support clearing cash accounts by transferring funds as needed
coordinate with billing resources
Manage refunds for overpayments and credit balances
Maintain high standards of system operation and data quality
Produce reports as required
provide collection-related reporting
Provide forecasts and reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve account issues driving payment delays
Actively support and manage controls and compliance with SOX defined processes
