Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Você fará parte do time de Collections do Inter e terá um papel essencial no suporte às operações de segundo nível, tratando casos que exigem maior complexidade de resolução — como reclamações no Banco Central, Reclame Aqui e solicitações de cessão de cartã o. No seu dia a dia, você vai: Apoiar o atendimento de demandas escaladas para o segundo nível, tratando casos que não puderam ser resolvidos no atendimento receptivo (N1); Auxiliar nas tratativas de reclamações registradas no Banco Central, Reclame Aqui, Ouvidoria e demais canais regulatórios e de reputação; Dar suporte às operações de cessão de carteira, contribuindo com os processos administrativos e operacionais da área; Interagir com parceiros internos como Jurídico, Ouvidoria e equipes de primeiro nível, garantindo o encaminhamento correto das demandas; Utilizar os sistemas internos do Inter para consulta de informações de produtos e acompanhamento de casos; Co
