Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Contact Center or equivalent role, Good use of MS Office applications, Very good use of the Greek language, Good knowledge of English
Nice to Have
Experience in managing overdue debts or financial outstanding issues, Familiarity with CRM, Billing or Collection systems
What You'll Do.
Telephone communication with customers for information and management of overdue debts
Management of assigned cases through collection campaigns
Informing customers about available payment methods
and next steps in the Collection process
Proposing and registering settlements based on approved company policies and procedures
Recording and monitoring payment promises (Promise-to-Pay) and related actions
Accurate recording of communication results
and settlements in Collection
Adherence to approved scripts
and personal data protection rules
Management of objections and demanding communications with professionalism
Escalation of special cases
or exception requests to relevant departments
Collaboration with Team Leader
and other internal teams for the correct and timely completion of cases
