What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 - 3 years manufacturing experience, Speed and accuracy, detail-oriented, ability to follow directions, Ability to think strategically, use good judgment, execute plans, exhibit leadership & drive change, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Do.
Operates collating equipment
Collates checkbook or multiple form components
Ensures accuracy of items printed
Inserts carbon when required
Cleans and restocks workstation
Organizes job tickets by components
Loads rolls of product onto collator
Removes stock from shelves
Places stock in collator bins
Collates components into sets
Jogs sets into stacks
Records job number on production sheet
Calculates quantity of sets per jobs
Re-collates sets for reruns
Places stacks of sets on rails or skids
Troubleshoots collator equipment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communication is primarily with other production workers, Plant Manager, and/or Team Leader.
