You’ll be responsible for providing administration, governance, operational support, and technical expertise for Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and related platform capabilities. You’ll support enterprise-wide platform adoption by maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant environments, implementing governance controls, and enabling business innovation through low-code solutions and collaboration technologies. You’ll investigate and resolve technical issues, manage escalations, support service reliability, and collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver operational excellence. In addition, you’ll support integrations with Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Purview, and Information Protection capabilities such as Sensitivity Labels while ensuring alignment with enterprise security, compliance, privacy, and risk management requirements. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
