Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, A reliable car and valid driver's license, Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance, time and priority management skills, Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
Nice to Have
Merchandising experience, Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing
What You'll Do.
Completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays
Supporting and managing merchandisers across South East Queensland
Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your State field team of merchandisers
Be the first escalation point for any store or client related field issues and resolve issues impacting KPI compliance in a timely manner
Ensure all tools and coaching is delivered to the team
in line with program guidelines
to develop a high-performance culture and enable the team to complete their reporting duties to the level required
Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures
Provide team members with regular feedback
