We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.   About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Cold Caller to reach out to potential customers in the US markets. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations that create sales opportunities.   Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services 2. Qualify leads and gather relevant business information 3. Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects 4. Update call results and notes accurately in CRM 5. Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets   Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer • Strong spoken English and a neutral accent • Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Solid organizational skills • Excellent time management skills • Able to work on a graveyard shift • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g,. Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech Savvy • P
