Must Have
Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited, At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions
Nice to Have
Training and accreditation in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological treatment, such as EMDR, Corporate experience and business understanding
What You'll Do.
Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations
Provide different models of service delivery
Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes
Adhere to sessional limits
Provide signposting or onwards referral
Provide ad-hoc wellbeing support
Provide one-off assessments
Provide group psychoeducation
Work autonomously within professional guidelines
Attend regular clinical supervision
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team; Work with the operational and clinical team to identify ways to improve client and employee experiences; Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team
Communication Scope
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills; Be able to demonstrate high standards in written and oral communication; Well-developed communication skills
