Must Have

Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited, 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions

Nice to Have

Training and accreditation in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological treatment, such as EMDR, Corporate experience and business understanding, Excellent leadership and management skills

What You'll Do.

Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations

Provide different models of service delivery

Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes

Adhere to sessional limits

Provide signposting or onwards referral

Provide ad-hoc wellbeing support

Provide one-off assessments

Provide group psychoeducation

Work autonomously within professional guidelines

Attend regular clinical supervision

Work with operational and clinical team

Job Description: **Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist - Face to Face** **Mindplace Exeter,** Suite 1, Aperture West, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5SP **Permanent. The role will involve the following: * To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes. * To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client. * To provide different models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone or video consultations, depending on client preference. * To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team. * To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals. * To provide signposting or onwards referral as and when required. * To provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coachi
