By closely monitoring daily market performance, analyzing competitor behavior across channels, this role bridges the gap between RCM and cross-functional execution alongside Sales and Finance to directly drive the region's profitability and market competitiveness. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities:** * Team management: recruiting, training, setting clear goals and expectations, encouraging collaboration, providing feedback in a constructive way, managing time, conducting team meetings, developing the team ensuring cohesion, empowering their work, and managing conflict effectively. * Strategy execution by country and location, with a daily monitoring and updating to achieve the target. * Implement and assess actions to maximise revenue, combining knowledge of current business performance, market position and demand, resource availability and business channel mix. * Analysis of competitor behaviour, by segment, location, type of car, channel mix and point of sale. * Participation in transversal RCM projects. * E
