What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of serving or bartending experience required, Familiar with Colorado liquor laws
Nice to Have
1 year of advanced beverage knowledge preferred, Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and procedures
What You'll Do.
Serving a variety of products to our guests
Ensure friendly greeting to all guests while served within established procedures and standards
Describe all menu items to a guest if/when necessary
Responsible for ensure its safe return/deposit
clean and reset bar during service
Make managers aware of all guest comments and complaints
Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager
Assist other departments as business volumes
and staff levels demand
