Must Have
trade apprenticeship or other form of register training in the culinary discipline, minimum two years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant or similar, Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and culinary operations, continuous standing for up to 8 hrs per shift, ability to lift up to 30Kg, flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English and Spanish, legal right to work in Spain

What You'll Do.
Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe
as well as production
and presentation standards
maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and efficient station
Label and date all food containers and rotates as per policies
Determines necessary preparation
freezer pull and line set up
Returns all food items not used to designated storage areas
Manage and prioritize tasks by shift
