What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years’ experience in Mainframe IDMS and COBOL, Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field

Nice to Have

Experience with Agile methodology, Experience with ADSO, Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories, Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time, Basic knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery, Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue, Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently, Past experience working with a federal agency / state or local government agency, Department of Defense experience
