Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies (LANSA, Cool: Plex, COBOL), understanding of legacy enterprise application architecture and maintenance, Experience analyzing and documenting existing application logic, workflows, and data flows, Ability to perform functional and technical mapping between legacy systems and target Core Banking platforms, Experience participating in migration, consolidation, or modernization projects, Knowledge of banking systems, especially Loans, Core Banking, or Financial Services applications, SQL and relational database knowledge, Understanding of batch processing, interfaces, and integration mechanisms in enterprise systems, Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams
